Potentially hazardous and hazardous waste materials such as contaminated soils, filter cakes, sludge residues and wastes from organic processes require correct classification for ensuring that the collection, transportation, storage and treatment of waste is carried out in a manner that provides protection for the environment and human health and in compliance with legal requirements.
EnviroSolution, can classify your waste in line with current regulations. Your waste disposal provider will need this information in order to correctly assign your waste to the correct facility.
We would provide you with a waste classification report in accordance with Environment Agency Guidance “Interpretation of the definition and classification of hazardous waste” (3rd Edition 2013). The waste classification report will be provided within 24 hours of receipt of the information.
In order to complete the classification, we would require some information from you on the source of the waste stream and also analytical data. If analytical data not available, then we can complete the required sampling and testing too.
Anybody who is involved in the generation of waste would require this service (i.e. developers, industrial operators, landfill operators, consultants).
