The Challenge
The client needed a concise view of environmental liabilities across complex industrial assets, drawing together site conditions, existing investigation information and environmental-permit considerations.
The Solution
EnviroSolution completed multidisciplinary site reconnaissance and reviewed an extensive virtual data room. The review identified key liabilities, gaps in existing site-investigation information and important environmental-permit considerations. A high-level estimate was also prepared for decommissioning and remediation of the existing plant.
The Benefit
The environmental review and cost estimate gave the client better information with which to assess and structure the transaction bid.
