The Challenge
The transaction required a proportionate and prompt approach that made use of available regulatory information and representative soil evidence.
The Solution
EnviroSolution contacted the Local Planning Authority and Petroleum Officer to obtain relevant remediation information and guided the client on obtaining suitable representative soil samples for chemical analysis. The resulting assessment found no contaminants of concern at unacceptable concentrations in the analysed soil samples.
