A CMRA fee is different from the cost of resolving a mining hazard
The assessment identifies and interprets the risk. It does not automatically include drilling, mine-entry location, grouting, foundation design or other remedial works. Keeping those stages separate is useful because many sites can be resolved at desktop stage, while others need additional evidence before a safe and stable development strategy can be confirmed.
